On YidJob, managing incoming applications from your job post is extremely simple.
Keeping track of all potential employees, and contacting them, is now a cinch.
Learn how to do so easily by reading this helpful article.
From the 'Find Talent' drop-down (in the top menu bar) click on 'Job Dashboard'
(Here is where you can manage your jobs, edit them, mark them as filled, duplicate or delete them.)
In order to view and manage the applications that came in for each job click on the number next to the job (under application column)
You will see a list of all applicants who've applied for the job.
You can view the application details, rate it, add your private notes and email the candidate.
When you select "edit" you can mark the applicants' status (new, interviewed, etc...) and rate them as well.
You can use this dashboard as your reference for all candidates at any time.
